Measure: The Translation of Tengri's Universal Order into Human Language
New Tengrism, without viewing ancient Tengrism as a nostalgic return, re-establishes it as an intellectual ground that designs the future.
There is no messiah or holy scripture – Life, and therefore the Budun, is in constant change.
There is no clergy class — access to the sacred does not depend on an intermediary.
There is no designated house of worship — every domain created by Tengri is sacred.
What is Measure?
Measure is the counterpart, in human language, of the universal order established by Tengri. It is not a quantitative calculation; it is a conscious witnessing. It is the state of noticing and tracking the impact of every word, every silence, and every action on nature and the community.
Töre is the Turkish expression of this cosmic Measure. Töre does not stand as a rigid collection of commands; it lives as the form in which the Measure has crystallised into principle. When the Measure is shaken, noise multiplies. When the Measure is preserved, order finds its own rhythm.

Universal principles that define the fabric of existence.
Spiral Vibration
The universe exhibits a spiral structure that advances by rotating and folding. From DNA to galaxies, the same pattern repeats at every scale. At the individual level, this structure is lived as the cycle of experience–recording–evaluation–refinement.
Continuity of Töre Memory
The past of the Budun flows as a living field of consciousness. Each generation re-weaves Töre knowledge, adds new layers of meaning, and builds the future while preserving continuity.
Duality
Sky and Earth, light and shadow, motion and stillness — these emerge as complementary modes of a single principle. Tengri is one; multiplicity appears as different manifestations of this single Measure.
The Rhythmic Universe
The universe gains rhythm through the unfolding of a Measure born from a single source across the fabric of time. Rhythm, frequency, and phase constitute the operational language of Measure. Every moment vibrates as a universe within its own integrity.
The Cyclical Nature of Existence
Life and death flow together as complementary faces of the same whole. Death is the continuation of being by shifting its mode. Every action produces an echo that finds its counterpart in the universal order.
Mechanics of Creation
At the centre of the universe lies a silent and invisible source carrying limitless potential. Creation unfolds through vibration. The void serves as the carrier of the pre-creative state.
The Nature of Light
Light circulates through the universe as the carrier of consciousness, knowledge, and awareness. Darkness is the latent potential that emerges in regions where light has not yet reached.
The Principle of Consciousness
Consciousness plays a foundational role in the organisation of the universe. Consciousness carries and shapes the body. Instead of the language of sin, the concept of Deviation is used — meaning the loosening of the bond established with the Measure.
Time, Space, and Motion
Time, space, and motion operate together as different faces of a single order. At the centre lies “now.” Scales change; the principle maintains its continuity.
Science–Spiritual Harmony
A continuous vibrational flow takes place between Sky and Earth. Knowledge arises through a reciprocal relationship between Tengri and human beings. Science and spirituality work together as different expressions of the same reality.
The Principle of Deviation
Deviation arises when an individual’s inner frequency loses its alignment with the universal Measure. In this domain, trust replaces fear, Repair replaces punishment, and persuasion replaces imposition.
These eleven principles define the fabric of existence. But wisdom is not wisdom unless it is lived.
The nineteen life contracts below are the same principles brought down into daily life. Each one operates through the consistency of Intention–Speech–Action.

The everyday counterpart of the cosmic principles.
Spiritual Priority
When the inner calibration is set, the outer order finds its counterpart. The balance formed within manifests as order in the external world.
Purification
While remaining within life, the bond with the essence is renewed. Clear intention, truthful speech, and consistent action converge on the same line.
Gratitude and Thankfulness
Gratitude strengthens the bond between the individual’s inner rhythm and the universal flow. Thankfulness is the conscious expression of that bond.
Love and Compassion
Compassion is the ability to form relationships in alignment with the Measure. This ability generates balance in every domain it touches.
Sincerity and Honesty
It is the capacity to maintain continuity between essence, speech, and action. This continuity keeps the individual’s inner Measure stable and produces Töre-based trust.
Respect for and Harmony with Nature
Nature, as the living reflection of the Measure, interacts with human beings continuously. This interaction also determines the direction of inner order.
Aesthetics and Beauty Production
Beauty is the capacity to create order in alignment with the Measure. Every form produced carries the imprint of inner balance.
Universal Perspective
A comprehension that considers the whole develops on solid foundations. Different perspectives gain depth by gathering around the same Measure.
Long-Term Awareness
Lasting balance is prioritised over temporary relief. Time is evaluated together with the Measure.
Holistic Thinking
Mind, body, society, and nature are understood as parts of a single flow. Seemingly separate domains are read within the same order.
Practical Wisdom and Flexibility
Knowledge is carried into action in a form suited to its conditions. Flexibility preserves the vitality of knowledge.
The Art of Harmonious Living
Freedom is balanced by being tested against the Measure. This balance enables individuals to produce order in their shared living space.
Budun Vibration and Solidarity
Solidarity carries the capacity to produce order. The individual’s inner calibration resonates at the Budun level.
Continuity of Spiritual Transformation
Transformation is an uninterrupted process fed by feedback. Each stage makes a new inner calibration possible.
Wisdom in Action and Silence
Wisdom often crystallises in silence. Silence clarifies the direction of action.
The Sacred Child
The child carries the most sensitive vibration field of the Budun. The future is shaped by the protection of this field.
The Sacred Family
The family is the smallest social structure in which the Measure can be tested. A two-way spiral vibration operates between individual, family, and Budun.
Sacred Turkish
Language is a coding domain that carries the order of existence. Turkish enables thinking intertwined with mathematics — the language of the universe — and this provides vibrational clarity.
Harmony of Labour
Labour is a conscious relationship established with existence. Labour that comes from within elevates the vibration of the Budun.
These are not commandments. These are life contracts written in the language of the universe.
